OVER THREE DECADES OF EXPERIENCE
At Off-Campus Construction, we realize that residents don’t stay forever and that turnover is part of the industry. Located in Acworth, GA, we are a cosmetic construction company that also specializes in property management turns for universities across the US. Established in 2020, we provide comprehensive project management solutions that help clients reinvent the resident experience. Our team has a combined 35+ years of property management experience, including executive-level experience that encomposses most all aspects of property management projects.
Meet Our Leadership Team
Danielle Wilcox
FOUNDER & CEO
With more than 15 years of property management experience, Danielle has gained extensive knowledge and experience in repositioning, rebranding, and management of all types of assets including, Tax Credit, Luxury, High Rise, Section 8, Bond, Conventional, Student Housing and other programs. Danielle’s experience also includes multi-family, elderly, acquisition/disposition, and rehab projects. Danielle has worked in several markets and gained extensive knowledge of them such as Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Michigan, Kansas, Alabama, Ohio, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Missouri, and Illinois.
Danielle is currently a member of the National Apartment Association and holds a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) with them. Danielle is currently pursuing a bachelor’s in organizational leadership from Colorado State University and was recently accepted into their advanced program for a dual master’s in Organizational Leadership and Management. She is a dedicated creative thinker and problem solver as she works diligently to create stability in all assets.
In her spare time, Danielle enjoys traveling with her husband and triplets, backyard bbq’s and beach time!
